You may have noticed that things around here have been pretty quiet for a while. I get notified several times a day that someone new has subscribed and I appreciate it like crazy but I thought that it might be worth taking a moment to explain what’s going on around here.
The Codex Astarte project is finished. Frater Pera is no more. I still have a personal practice but I’m no longer updating this stack with anything new. A few years back I took on a new project that consumes pretty much all my free time and maybe you’ll be interested in that. If you’re subscribing to this stack then you might want to subscribe to these podcasts.
Do you like movies? Do you like horror movies? How about trashy weird shit that used to haunt the lower shelves of the video stores? Then you might like my two podcasts: Bring Me The Axe! and 99 Cent Rental. I encourage you to subscribe and if you like that then you might be into our Patreon content. Subscribers get 5 bonus episodes a month. We do an X-Files rewatch called Do You Think I’m Spooky?, a DJ-hosted radio show called Radio Free Haddonfield, and our monthly Bring Me The Axe! bonus, Millennium Edition, where we address only movies made in the last 20 years.

As for the stack, it’ll stay up. A couple of very high-profile articles need to stay live. They’re probably the articles that brought you here in the first place but this will be the last article published.
Thanks for reading.
I'll certainly check out your podcasts, and I thank you for the work and inspiration - and resistance - that you put into this blog. What I'm interested in knowing though: are you still working on the Current 128 book, the Bloodrose Materials...? It has some resonances with work I've embarked upon myself. I'd love to know what stage it's at, if it's still ongoing, and to follow that ...
Best of luck with your new projects!
